Our workflow
From intake to affidavit, with no surprises in between.
We've refined this workflow over a decade of serves so you always know what's happening with your documents — without having to chase us for an update.
Submit your assignment
Send documents through our secure intake form, by email, or drop them off in person. We confirm receipt within an hour during business hours and quote any rush fees up front so there's no surprise on the invoice.
We dispatch a server
Your assignment is matched to a server familiar with the recipient's neighborhood. We map known addresses, employer locations, and likely contact times before the first attempt. First attempt typically within 24 hours — same day for rush jobs.
Field attempts & GPS log
Each attempt is GPS-stamped and timestamped. You receive a real-time email or text after every contact attempt — including non-answer attempts. If standard attempts fail, we recommend stakeout or substituted service options before quietly closing out.
Notarized affidavit delivered
Successful or non-est, you receive a court-ready, notarized affidavit electronically — usually within 24 hours of completion. Hard-copy mailing available on request. We retain records for two years for any follow-up questions.
