By accessing processserverelpaso.com or engaging Borderland Civil Process Co., you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide process serving, court filing, skip tracing, document retrieval and related legal support. The scope of any engagement is set out in your written quote or work order.
2. Client Responsibilities
You warrant that documents submitted are lawful, accurate, and that you have authority to direct service. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted prior to engagement. Standard invoices are due net-15 from issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rush, weekend and skip-trace work is billed separately.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel an assignment before the first attempt for a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Once attempts begin, fees are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific assignment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
6. No Legal Advice
We are not a law firm. Nothing on this Site or in our communications constitutes legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal counsel.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content — logos, text, images, code — is owned by Borderland Civil Process Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
